Child Sponsorship
Program
Job Skills Training
Course
In the Korogocho area of Nairobi, it is estimated that there are 70,000 school-aged children and only two government schools. The child you sponsor will receive two meals per day at school, an education and best of all, they will hear about God's love for them.
Training students for success in Kingdom entrepreneurship and professional skills.

The heart of the vision for this centre is to enable students who cannot attend university because of low grades or finances to become successful in life. We believe strongly that true success starts with Biblical foundations. No matter what they desire to do to make a living, they will need to implement Biblical principles to succeed. We desire to see students, their families, their friends, and their future employees forever changed with the truths that will be taught at this centre.
WHERE WE WORK.
Although we are one organization, we have two divisions of HOPE: our child sponsorship program and the training and demonstration center. Each are unique with unique goals and objectives, but they also couldn't exist without each other.

The children at the school we work with in Korogocho, Nairobi are sponsored through HOPE's child sponsorship program. With each sponsorship, each child is given a uniform, 2 meals a day, an education, and the opportunity to hear the love of Christ and the hope He brings to them.

If any of the students graduate high school and are not able to go to university because of lack of funding or grades, they are given the opportunity to come to the TDC, an hour South of Kajiado. They go through our two-week course of job skills training: construction, computer, Farming God's Way, English, Swahili, Biblical principles, entrepreneurship, and finance.

Even when a course is not in session, our Training and Demonstration Centre is always working and helping the community around the centre. We are building, running a farm, keeping animals, selling solar lights, milk, and eggs from our animals, growing the employee's relationships with God, and instilling these skills in our employees to create a brighter future for themselves and the community around them.

WHERE WE WORK.
We work in the Whitefield area of Bengaluru, KA, India. Bengaluru is known as the Silicon Valley of India, with a population of 13.68 million. Despite the Silicon Valley grandeur and hundreds of schools and colleges in the city, not every family can afford quality education because many belong to low-income communities. Education is always an afterthought for many parents because they can barely afford to put food on the table. Many people with diversified religions, cultures, and family lifestyles migrate from different parts of the country seeking jobs in different professions. The low-income migrant families find it impossible to afford education for their children in the corporate schools.
Adams Academy, which started as a daycare, soon realized that there are parents who desire education for their children but are helpless in many ways to find a school for their children. Since the year 2000, the school has affected the Whitefield area and the surrounding counties and has transformed from daycare to kindergarten, to primary, middle, and high school, with the sole purpose of making education accessible for all at affordable or free.
At Project E3 our goal is to increase these educational and training opportunities for as many families as possible and also create opportunities to transform their social status and also impact many families in the Whitefield and Bengaluru region.

CURRENT
PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
With Adams Academy, Project E3 is constantly growing in both India and the United States, thanks to the generosity of our partners. With that growth comes the need to expand our current facilities to accommodate our growth. This means helping in the construction of their school building as their enrollment increases. This means funding new uniforms for the Adams Academy students. This means partnering with school families in times of need.

We have given a description of each of our current and upcoming projects to convey just what it is that we do on a daily basis. To donate to a specific project, you can do so by clicking on the title of any project, partnering with us in reaching those lives affected by each project.
Partnership with Adams Academy
Adams Academy is an educational institution chosen by parents who are seeking the best education for their children. Adams values excellence in all things, educating youth, eradicating illiteracy, and changing the trajectory of their futures. At E3, our goal is to partner with Adams Academy and like-minded schools in India and provide resources like funding for development, teacher and leadership training, and student scholarships
Adams Academy
Summer School
During the summer, Adams Academy hosts students from preschool age to 18 years old for an interactive and immersive learning experience, as well as facilitates this program in other schools across South India. Students are able to grow and practice their English, engage with their peers, and grow in social and emotional skills through age-appropriate activities. This past summer, Adams and their partners hosted around 330,000 students across 3,000 schoolsduring summer school sessions.
Teacher and
Educator
Support
Most teachers are well qualified and highly experienced in what they do and are passionate about working with Adams Academy because they believe in the work we do and are passionate about being involved. They deserve to be compensated greatly, but the economic climate in India doesn't allow for this. Through Project E3, these teachers are presented with the opportunity to be valued and shown appreciation more accurately.
Provide Uniforms, Books, and School Supplies
A local community partner aids Adams Academy in giving uniforms and school supplies to students who otherwise would not be able to afford them. We want to come alongside them to multiply the impact they already have. For many students, this is the only way they have a uniform, books, pencils, and other necessary school supplies
School and Facility Development
Great minds deserve great learning amenities, and Adams Academy constantly keeps up with the changing world. Adams Academy has ongoing development projects, improving the school building and classrooms to contemporary learning conditions. From classroom walls to furniture and technology, there is a growing need for great amenities like school libraries, smart classrooms, and computer and science labs.
FUTURE
PLANS.
Project E3
Upward
At Project E3 we always want to find ways to help children in India fulfill their dreams. After graduating high school some students need financial support to pursue higher education, without which their dreams are incomplete. Project E3 desires to support them to finish their higher education and help transform their lives.
Develop
Scholarships
As we continue in our partnership with Adams Academy and our growth as an organization, awarding scholarships to deserving students is one of our largest desires. Like the Project E3 Scholarship, that would be socio-economic needs-based. Or the Upward Student Scholarship that would allow the candidate to pursue higher education and training to experience the upward motion that is so dear to our heart.
